Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings, then roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Season pork chops and add to the sheet pan with potatoes.
  4. Roast until pork reaches 145°F and potatoes are golden.
  5. Rest pork chops before serving.
