- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage and softened cream cheese until evenly blended.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and drained Rotel, mixing gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually fold dry ingredients into the sausage mixture until sticky but moldable.
- Form 1–1.5 inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Optionally broil 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Cool slightly on wire rack, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven for best texture.
