Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice uncooked
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and sear in olive oil until golden. Remove from pan.
  2. Melt butter in the same pan, add garlic and honey, stirring until fragrant.
  3. Add rice and broth, then nestle chicken back into the pan.
  4. Cover and simmer until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
