Ingredients
  

Jam Base
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups strawberries or raspberries chopped
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp cloves
  • 0.25 tsp nutmeg

Method
 

  1. Combine cranberries, berries, orange juice, and zest in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until fruit softens and releases juices.
  3. Add sugar, lemon juice, and spices, stirring to dissolve sugar.
  4. Simmer gently for 25–30 minutes until thickened.
  5. Test consistency, then cool slightly before jarring.

Adjust sweetness and spice to taste.
