Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 4 cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and salt lightly. Let sit 10–15 minutes, then pat dry.
  2. Mix sour cream and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. Add dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Fold in cucumbers and red onion until evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra tang, add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Best served chilled within 24 hours.
