- Slice cucumbers thinly and salt lightly. Let sit 10–15 minutes, then pat dry.
- Mix sour cream and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Fold in cucumbers and red onion until evenly coated.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra tang, add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. Best served chilled within 24 hours.
