Cookie Dough
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in white chocolate chips and gently fold in blueberries.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake 12–15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Cool on wire rack before serving.

Notes

Handle blueberries gently to prevent excess moisture and color bleeding.
