- Rinse and dry blueberries thoroughly.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place two slices butter-side down and layer with cheese.
- Add blueberries evenly and drizzle with honey if desired.
- Top with another layer of cheese and remaining bread slices butter-side up.
- Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat for 3–4 minutes until golden.
- Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Use low heat for best melting and crisp texture.
