Ingredients
  

Marinade & Chicken
  • 2 lb boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1.5 cups plain whole-milk yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and spices in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly in the yogurt marinade.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  4. Cook chicken by grilling, baking, or pan-searing until fully cooked.
  5. Rest chicken 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate overnight and use whole-milk yogurt.
