Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and spices in a bowl.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly in marinade.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator at least 120 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Cook chicken until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight and finish with fresh lemon juice before serving.
