- Boil eggs for 10–12 minutes, then cool in ice bath and peel.
- Chop eggs into bite-sized pieces.
- Mash avocados with lemon juice in a bowl.
- Mix in yogurt, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

- Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
Notes
Add extra lemon juice to prevent browning. Best consumed fresh.
