Ingredients
  

Smoothie Base
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk full-fat
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
Toppings
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut optional
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate shavings optional

Method
 

  1. Add all smoothie base ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth, creamy, and thick.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
