Ingredients
  

Base
  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1.5 cups white chocolate chips melted
  • 0.25 cup holiday sprinkles

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter over low heat, then add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
  5. Press mixture gently into prepared pan.
  6. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top.
  7. Add sprinkles and allow to set before cutting.

Notes

Do not overheat marshmallows to keep treats soft and chewy.
