Method
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt butter over low heat, then add marshmallows and stir until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Fold in crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.
- Press mixture gently into prepared pan.
- Melt white chocolate and drizzle over top.
- Add sprinkles and allow to set before cutting.
Notes
Do not overheat marshmallows to keep treats soft and chewy.
