  • 0.5 cup basil pesto
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease baking dish.
  2. Mix beans, pesto, tomatoes, and seasonings.
  3. Transfer to dish and top with cheese.
  4. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil 2–3 minutes before serving.
