- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Add tomatoes to baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and seasonings.
- Place feta block in the center and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
- Cook pasta until al dente, reserving some pasta water.
- Mash feta and tomatoes together into a sauce.
- Add pasta and toss, using reserved water if needed.
- Garnish with basil and serve.
Notes
Use block feta for best creaminess and flavor.
