Ingredients
  

Main
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce light
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Melt sugar in a dry pan over medium heat until amber.
  2. Carefully add water to create caramel sauce.
  3. Add oil, garlic, shallot, and chili; sauté briefly.
  4. Add pork mince and cook until browned.
  5. Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and pepper.
  6. Cook until sauce reduces and coats pork.

Notes

Serve hot with rice or lettuce cups.
