Vegetable Filling
  • 2 cups mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 cup lentils cooked
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until moisture evaporates.
  3. Stir in spinach and lentils; season well.
  4. Cool mixture completely.
  5. Wrap filling in puff pastry, seal edges.
  6. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until golden.
