- Boil salted water and cook noodles until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water, then drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add cooked noodles and toss well, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
- Serve immediately with optional garnish.
Notes
Add chili flakes, vegetables, or tofu for variations.
