Brownie Batter
  • 2 tbsp protein powder gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 0.25 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp nut butter or coconut oil melted
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips optional

Method
 

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a microwave-safe bowl and mix well.
  2. Stir in wet ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
