  • 400 g turkey breast cubed
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 4 cups broth

Method
 

  1. Heat oil and brown turkey pieces.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Add vegetables and spices.
