- Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, and steep dried hibiscus flowers for 10 minutes.
- Strain hibiscus tea and allow it to cool completely.
- Blend strawberries until smooth; strain if desired.
- In a large pitcher, mix lemon juice and sugar until dissolved.
- Add cooled hibiscus tea, strawberry puree, and cold water; stir well.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint, lemon slices, or strawberries.
Notes
Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of strawberries. Chill thoroughly before serving.
