- In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots.
- Add apple slices, dried cranberries, and toasted nuts.
- In a separate bowl, whisk mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over slaw and toss until evenly coated.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
