Ingredients
  

Rice Bowl Base
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup Doritos crushed

Method
 

  1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Add taco seasoning and simmer with a small amount of water until thick.
  4. Assemble bowls with rice, meat, toppings, and crushed Doritos.
  5. Serve immediately with sour cream and salsa if desired.

Notes

Add Doritos just before serving to keep them crunchy.
