Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped
  • 0.25 cup black olives finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips for coating

Method
 

  1. Mix softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Add taco seasoning, green onions, olives, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well.
  3. Shape mixture into a ball using plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
  5. Roll chilled cheese ball in crushed tortilla chips until coated.
  6. Serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables.

Notes

For best texture, coat the cheese ball just before serving.
