Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crust ingredients until crumbly and press firmly into the pan.
- Bake crust for 12–15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Whisk all filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until set in the center.
- Cool completely, then refrigerate before slicing into bars.
