Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and salt. Add melted butter and vanilla. Press into pan and bake 10–12 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla, and cream. Spread over cooled crust.
- Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream, stir in vanilla, let cool slightly. Spread over creamy layer.
- Top with nuts or dust with cocoa powder, if desired.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing. Serve chilled.
Notes
Keep dessert refrigerated for clean slicing. Can freeze individual squares for later.
