Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup erythritol
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt
Creamy Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
Chocolate Layer
  • 0.75 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Topping
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, and salt. Add melted butter and vanilla. Press into pan and bake 10–12 minutes. Cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sweetener, vanilla, and cream. Spread over cooled crust.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream, stir in vanilla, let cool slightly. Spread over creamy layer.
  5. Top with nuts or dust with cocoa powder, if desired.
  6. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing. Serve chilled.

Notes

Keep dessert refrigerated for clean slicing. Can freeze individual squares for later.
