Method
- Place cereal in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in crushed freeze-dried strawberries, strawberry extract, and salt.
- Pour melted mixture over cereal and gently fold to coat evenly.
- Transfer to a large bag, add powdered sugar and crushed cookies, and shake to coat.
- Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet and let set 15–20 minutes.
- Store in airtight container and serve.
Notes
Use freeze-dried strawberries only to avoid soggy texture. Store in airtight container for freshness.
