Ingredients
  

Taco Shells
  • 8 soft flour tortillas
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
Strawberry Crunch
  • 1 cup golden sandwich cookies crushed
  • 0.5 cup strawberry cookies or powder
  • 3 tbsp butter melted

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Brush tortillas with butter, sprinkle with sugar, and shape into taco shells.
  2. Chill shells until firm and set.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Mix crushed cookies, strawberry crumbs, and butter for topping.
  6. Fill taco shells with cheesecake filling.
  7. Top generously with strawberry crunch.
  8. Chill briefly before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Assemble close to serving time for best texture.
