Ingredients
  

Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
  • 2 bananas ripe, mashed
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup milk or yogurt
  • 1.25 cups strawberries chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add sugars, mashed bananas, eggs, oil, vanilla, and milk. Mix gently.
  4. Fold in chopped strawberries.
  5. Pour batter into pan and bake 55–65 minutes.
  6. Cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Coat strawberries lightly in flour to prevent sinking.
