Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Autumn Slaw
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 apple thinly sliced

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper and sear in a hot skillet until cooked through.
  2. Remove chicken and add garlic to the skillet, cooking briefly until fragrant.
  3. Add apple cider, soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Simmer until reduced.
  4. Return chicken to pan and coat in the sticky glaze.
  5. Toss slaw ingredients together and serve alongside chicken.

Use real apple cider for best flavor.
