Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 3 Persian cucumbers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp gochugaru
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

  1. Spiral-cut cucumbers and sprinkle with salt. Rest 10–15 minutes.
  2. Rinse lightly and squeeze excess moisture.
  3. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, gochugaru, and garlic.
  4. Toss cucumbers with dressing.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve fresh.
