Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Squeeze excess moisture from spinach and chop finely.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, breadcrumbs, cheese, onion, eggs, and seasonings.
- Mix until fully combined and mixture holds together.
- Roll mixture into bite-sized balls and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
