- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare pie crust in baking dish.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and spinach until wilted.
- Whisk eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

- Pour filling into crust and bake 40–45 minutes.
