Method
- Press and cube tofu, then toss with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- Pan-fry tofu in oil until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and chili in the same pan until fragrant.
- Add spices, coconut milk, soy sauce, and lime juice. Simmer gently.
- Return tofu to the pan and coat with sauce. Simmer briefly and serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level to taste and serve with rice or noodles.
