Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2-3 jalapeños seeded and diced
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Cook onion until soft.
  2. Add garlic and jalapeños; cook until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Stir in cream cheese until fully melted.
  6. Add cheddar cheese, spices, and stir until smooth.
  7. Finish with heavy cream and bacon. Simmer briefly and serve.

Notes

Adjust jalapeño quantity to control spice level.
