Ingredients
  

Egg Base
  • 12 large eggs
  • 0.33 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp sesame oil
  • salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs, cool completely, and peel.
  2. Slice eggs in half and remove yolks.
  3. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, gochujang, mustard, vinegar, sesame oil, and salt.
  4. Pipe or spoon filling into egg whites.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing gochujang.
