- Warm milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat without boiling.
- Whisk in cocoa powder, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper until smooth.
- Add chopped dark chocolate and whisk until fully melted.
- Stir in honey and vanilla extract, adjusting sweetness to taste.
- Simmer gently for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Pour into mugs, garnish if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Add coconut whipped cream or cacao nibs for garnish. Do not boil to preserve nutrients.
