Method
- Cook peaches with sugar, butter, spices, vanilla, and lemon juice until softened.
- Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened. Cool completely.
- Fill egg roll wrappers with peach mixture and roll tightly.
- Fry in hot oil at 350°F until golden brown.
- Drain and serve warm with powdered sugar or glaze.
Notes
Best served fresh and warm. Can be air fried or baked as an alternative.
