- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Beat butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Add powdered sweetener and mix until creamy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- Whisk almond flour, baking powder, and salt; add to wet mixture.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool completely before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep cookies soft.
