- Season and sear steak cubes in olive oil until browned.
- Transfer steak to slow cooker.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and tomato paste; deglaze pan.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
