Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add ground meat if using and cook until browned. Season to taste.
- Spread a thin layer of sauce in the slow cooker.
- Layer ravioli, ricotta, meat, mozzarella, Parmesan, and sauce. Repeat layers.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
- Let rest briefly before serving.
