Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 cup Dr Pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Equipment

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Season ribs and place in slow cooker.
  2. Mix Dr Pepper, barbecue sauce, sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  3. Pour sauce over ribs.
  4. Cook on low 7–8 hours or high 4–5 hours.
  5. Optional: broil ribs to caramelize.

Notes

Broiling adds extra caramelized flavor.
