- Pat chicken breasts dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Pour chicken broth, olive oil, butter, and lemon juice into the slow cooker.
- Place chicken breasts into the liquid mixture.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- Remove and serve sliced or shredded; spoon juices on top.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, stir in a cornstarch slurry and heat for 10 minutes.
