Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Pour chicken broth, olive oil, butter, and lemon juice into the slow cooker.
  3. Place chicken breasts into the liquid mixture.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4 hours.
  5. Remove and serve sliced or shredded; spoon juices on top.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, stir in a cornstarch slurry and heat for 10 minutes.
