Ingredients
  

Cookie Dough
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar packed
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.125 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
Filling
  • 2 tbsp Nutella

  • Small oven-safe skillet

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small oven-safe skillet.
  2. Mix melted butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Press half the dough into the skillet, add Nutella in the center, then cover with remaining dough.
  7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and center is slightly soft.
  8. Cool 5 minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Do not overbake for gooey center. Can be microwaved for 60–90 seconds as alternative.
