Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed
  • 1 large cucumber sliced
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 0.25 red onion thinly sliced (optional)

Method
 

  1. Place cubed watermelon in a large bowl.
  2. Add sliced cucumber and red onion.
  3. Sprinkle feta cheese and chopped mint on top.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
  5. Gently toss and season with pepper before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.
