Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 4 Persian cucumbers finely diced
  • 3 tomatoes finely diced
  • 1 small red onion very finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tsp dried mint optional
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Sharp knife
  • Cutting board

Method
 

  1. Wash and finely dice cucumbers and tomatoes.
  2. Finely chop red onion and parsley.
  3. Combine all vegetables in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add dried mint, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Gently toss and let rest 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use very fresh vegetables and finely chop evenly.
