  • 1 tsp salt
Filling
  • 1 lb ground lamb or beef
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
Mashed Topping
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Bake potatoes at 400°F (200°C) until tender.
  2. Brown meat and cook vegetables until softened.
  3. Simmer filling with broth and seasoning.
  4. Mash potato flesh with butter and milk.
  5. Stuff potatoes with filling and top with mash.
  6. Bake again until lightly golden.
