Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 cup carrots diced
  • 1 cup peas frozen
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup beef broth
Mash
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 0.25 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Bake potatoes until tender.
  2. Cook ground beef with vegetables and seasonings.
  3. Mash potato flesh with butter and milk.
