Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, onion, celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange bread slices on the baking sheet and brush with oil or butter.
- Flip bread, spread tuna mixture evenly, and top with cheese slices.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
- Broil 1–2 minutes for extra browning if desired. Serve hot.
