Ingredients
  

Seafood Filling
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat lump
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
Creamy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheese Monterey Jack or blend

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook shrimp with garlic and spices until just opaque.
  3. Fold in crab meat and set aside.
  4. Prepare creamy sauce by whisking butter, flour, cream, and cheese.
  5. Fill tortillas with seafood mixture and arrange in dish.
  6. Top with sauce and remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

Serve with fresh cilantro and lime for best flavor.
