- Roast red bell peppers at 425°F until skins blister. Steam, peel, and chop.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Blend peppers, onion mixture, spices, broth, and cream until smooth.
- Season tilapia with salt and pepper.
- Pan-sear tilapia 3–4 minutes per side until flaky.
- Pour sauce over fish and simmer briefly. Finish with lemon juice and herbs.
